  if i could give 0 stars i would. phone service is horrible, carriers are horrible, god forbid you have to get out of the vehicle and place a package on the porch while the gate is wide open (secured to not shut) then leave a note in the mailbox saying the gate was shut. all the while my niece and 4 year old daughter are watching in the window (because you have her birthday present to deliver they have been tracking it since it shipped) you refuse to do your job... completely unacceptable as a mail carrier shame on you castle rock post office. *update received a call from a very nice employee (out of Portland) and the issue of delivery has been resolved. 5 stars to consumer affairs department for helping me out you (Janet and Kevin) were amazing to deal with and you made my daughters day she also says thank you for getting her her present.

  Worth Zero stars, They cannot deliver mail on time, Living just on the edge of city limits you can expect your mail to be delivered from 530pm to 9pm with the rare exception of on time before 5pm maybe once a week at best. If you need to contact them just drive down there, They cannot answer phones and seem to lack the ability of a second phone line or voice mail that works. In one year of living here at my current residence i have seen mail as late as 11pm ..That is beyond ridiculous for a town of 3k people when cities of olympia and vancouver seem to get there mail before 5pm.

  I just wanted to find put when the mail left the post office. There is no local number for the post office and just wasted 13 minutes on there automated service and still didn't get an answer. Automated service sucks.
